Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Delivery policy
We ensure that all purchases made online are delivered within 48 working hours. Once payment is successfully processed, an email with download instructions and an invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure that the provided email address is accurate and active. We recommend saving the invoice for your records.
2. Cancellation policy
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before the product/service is delivered or downloaded, whichever is earlier. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to swastik.marg@gmail.com, clearly mentioning the order details. Approval of cancellations is at the sole discretion of Swastikk Traders. Once approved, any applicable refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
3. Refund policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Technical Issues: If the product/service is not delivered due to technical errors on our platform.
Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is made more than once for the same order.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval and will be credited back to the original payment method used. All refund requests must be submitted via email to swastik.marg@gmail.com along with proof of purchase.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered and downloaded products/services unless specified otherwise.

• EMI facility is unavailable for payments made via Net Banking.
• EMI is offered by the respective banks, and Swastikk Traders is not involved in the approval, terms, or management of EMI facilities.
• Customers must contact their bank for queries or disputes regarding EMI transactions.
• Statutory taxes, such as GST, will be applied by banks as per applicable regulations.
• Swastikk Traders reserves the right to discontinue the EMI facility on this website without prior notice.
